1. Initial inquiry. Once you've inquired we'll set up a phone or zoom call to get to know each other and go over any questions you might have. I'll walk you through the process of working with me, and if we're a good fit....
2. Booking! After our call I'll send over a proposal where you can select your package, sign the contract, and pay the $1500 retainer to make it official! The remainder of the package is split into two payments. After that's complete, you'll gain access to your client portal. This will contain everything from your payment portal to questionnaires I'll be sending you.
3. Planning. You'll receive my wedding or elopement planning guide that contains so much info for everything you'll need to know about the photo side of your wedding or elopement. If you're doing an engagement session with me, this is when we'll pick out a date and location for that. I'll offer location suggestions if you need them and help with outfits as well. If you're eloping, this is when I'll start researching areas you're interested in eloping at and take care of permits if needed.
4. Timeline zoom call. A couples of months out from your wedding day, I'll set up a zoom call so we can plan your timeline and go over all the details.
5. The big day. You're getting married!! I'll be there documenting all the little (and big!) details while you're having the best day of your life. For my eloping couples, I'll also be your adventure guide to make your elopement as stress free as possible.
6. Sneak peeks. After your wedding day, I'll deliver a gallery of at least 50 images within 48-72 hours. These will be available to download and share with friends and family.
7. Final delivery. Within 10 weeks, your full gallery will be delivered. You'll again be able to download and share with family and friends, and the gallery will stay active for 3 months. You'll have download options for both high res (printing and long term storage) and low res images (for social media sharing) as well as uploading directly to online storage like dropbox or google photos. Your film images will also be uploaded to the gallery, but may take up to 12 weeks depending on the processing time. You'll also receive a USB with all your images on it in the mail with a photo gift!
